We walk the space with you, take measurements, and talk honestly about what your budget will and will not cover. No sales pitch, no obligation.
60–90 minutes
Layouts, elevations, and a materials board so you can see the finished room before demo day. We revise until it is right.
2–4 weeks
A line-item contract covering labor, materials, permits, and schedule. The number you sign is the number you pay unless you change the scope.
3–5 days
Dust barriers up, one lead carpenter on site, and a written progress update every Friday with photos of what moved.
4 weeks – 6 months
We finish the punch list together, hand over care instructions and manuals, and back the workmanship with a written warranty.
